How It Works

Choose the Website Management plan that matches how often your site changes.

Complete the Website Management Intake Form so Sunset Media Studio understands your site, priorities, update process, and current tools.

Provide appropriate website access. Do not submit passwords through the form; collaborator/admin access or another secure access method will be arranged separately.

Send update requests through the agreed communication method during your active billing period.

Sunset Media Studio completes updates within the scope and allowance of your monthly plan.
Important Notes
- Unused monthly updates do not roll over to future months.
- Large redesigns, new pages, major layout changes, extensive copywriting, custom coding, ecommerce setup, branding projects, or complex integrations may require a separate quote.
- Website Management does not include guaranteed same-day or emergency service unless arranged separately.
- Custom blog writing is not included in the monthly plan price, but can be added for a discounted price. Price depends on length, quality, and posting frequency.​
Website Management FAQs
What counts as a small website update?
Small updates may include changing text, replacing an image, updating service information, repairing a link, adjusting a button, or uploading a completed blog article. Custom blog writing and extensive copywriting are separate services.

Do unused monthly updates roll over?
No. Your plan reserves a set amount of support for that month, so unused updates do not carry over into future months.

Are new pages, redesigns, or emergency requests included?
Large layout changes, new pages, advanced functionality, custom coding, and redesign projects require a separate quote. Same-day and emergency work cannot be guaranteed.
