1. Product Licensing

When you purchase a digital product from Sunset Media Studio, you are granted a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. This license allows you to use the assets for your own business operations only.

Authorized Usage

Use templates to create content for your business social media accounts.
Modify colors, fonts, and images to match your brand identity.
Use assets in printed marketing materials for your own business promotional use.

2. Usage Restrictions

To protect the integrity of our studio's work, certain actions are strictly prohibited. Redistribution of the original source files in any form is considered a violation of our licensing agreement.

Reselling or sub-licensing the digital assets or templates.
Sharing access links to Canva templates or Google Drive folders with third parties.
Claiming the original designs as your own intellectual property.

3. Refund & Delivery Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a product has been purchased and the digital link shared, we cannot revoke access. If you have any technical issues, please contact us immediately for support.

Digital files are typically delivered via an automated email immediately upon confirmation of payment. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout to avoid delivery delays.
